The products delivered should always be examined before unloading for possible damages that might have been caused during the transportation.In case that damages during transportation are noted they should be immediately reported to the company by fax along with a readable copy of the dispatch note.Photographs are necessary.The same procedure applies for possible defective products.Claims for replacement of damaged or defected products that will be made after the products receipt by the customer will not be accepted.

The palettes should be lifted and unloaded one by one at a time.The palettes up to 6 meters length should be unloaded by forklift or flexible lifting straps along with hollow sections.

Always remember that

-The palettes longer than 6 meters should be unloaded by using metal frame in combination with hollow sections and lifting straps.It is not recommended to be unloaded by two fork forklift.Only the use of four fork forklifts is approved.

-Great attention should be given during tightening, transport and lift of the palettes.

Panels Instalaltion

For the fastening on the purlings proper tools must be used supplied with automatic stop during the screwing to avoid any sagging to of the panel.

In case of cutting the panel must become also with the proper tools and with the protective film on.

For the cutting of the panel the proper tools must be used and with the protective film on.

After cutting the panels must be cleaned from any scrap because if they remain on the panel they will stack and scratch and rust the panels.

Attention!

NEVER DRAG the panel from the palette.

The protective firm must be removed strictly RIGHT AFTER the installation.

Always use the appropriate equipment for the manipulation and installation if the panels,in order to avoid damage to the products.

The installation of all flashings must become also immediately with screws and not with rivet, so as the core of the panels to be covered. Otherwise any humidity or rain may destroy the panel.

The setting of the panels must become by specialized workers according to the specifications.
The panels must be installed in a maximum 3 months period after the production!.
