ROCK WOOL
The most critical and vital difference of rockwool panels with other species of similar products is the core of stone wool.Stone wool is a special core for the panels area, as well as beyond the insulation provides additional fire protection, sound insulation and sound absorption. The inspiring, contemporary styles constructions show ever increasing requirements for the benefits of mineral wool because of the urgent need for security infrastructure, good audio quality need special buildings and of course due to the global awareness of environmental protection and human life.
It is applied in strip form (lamella), the fibers having vertically relative to the steel surface, ensuring thus optimum inertial characteristics.
Fire Resistant
Thanks to the strength of the mineral wool fibers at high temperatures (up to 1000 0C), the mineral wool panels slow down the transmission of heat, prevent the spread of fire and make the shells that make fire resistant.
Soundproof
Because of toweling and gaps between the mineral wool fibers absorb sound waves and prevent the propagation of sound, offering a solution to whoever places suffer noise nuisance or require acoustic improvement.
Thermal insulation
By using stone wool saves energy and limit CO2 emissions. The insulation comes from the natural airway structure. Bears chemical gases, so no risk of deterioration of the insulating property with the passage of time.
No Toxic
Even when the fire resistance is not a primary consideration when developing a project, the choice of rockwool blocks the emission of toxic gases in case of fire and only thus enable the fire brigade intervention.
Recyclable
It is 100% recyclable material, as the return of the producer can be realized and reproduced rockwool in any desired form.

coatings
The right choice of the top coat is based on a complete evaluation of the environmental conditions to which the panel is exposed, such as pollution, high-low temperatures, humidity, and exposure to ultraviolet radiation but also the geographical location of each project. The final coating, since it filters the UV radiation and acts as a protective barrier against humidity and generally all corrosive elements of the environment, contributes the most to the color protection from Corrosion and harmful “UV-aging”.
steel modulations
Flat steel surface available upon request. The minimum suggested steel thickness for Flat & 4-Rib modulations is 0.6mm .
color palette
The chart presented shows our commercial range of colors of polyester coated steel. Upon request any other RAL color can be provided. For non- polyester coating, any RAL color can be chosen, in combination with the selection of the coating type. The food safe PVC steel is available exclusively in RAL 9002 grey white.
Above colors may not be available for all panel profiles. Please contact us for detailed information.
imitation series
MoT can contribute to exceptional architectural envelopes, by providing a big range of patterns, in imitation of carbon steel, copper, wood, patina look etc. Availability and application shall be discussed with our sales department.
The colors above may slightly deviate from the actual colors and may not be available for all panel profiles. Please contact us for detailed information, or samples.
